SHIPPING POLICY
We offer free shipping on all orders over £125.
We are happy to be able to offer a small shipping charge of £5 on all our products under £75.
All our products are made to order and may take a little time arrive - but we estimate that most Trail Trophies would be made and shipped within TWO weeks from the initial order date. Clothing normally ships a little quicker and the average arrival time is approximately 7 working days.
We will always produce your garments and Trail Trophies as quickly as possible and when complete we will have them in the post the same day.
In regards to customised products, we endeavor to get a proof over to you within 48 hours, however sometimes due to either issues beyond our control, or sheer numbers of orders there MAY be times where this timescale falls behind slightly.
While we do our best to get your items to you as quickly as possible, there may be times when circumstances mean shipping is delayed by local postal agents. Examples of this include Christmas where postal delays are to be expected. There may also be circumstances where you will receive the items quicker than expected.
